The breakfast spread was quite nice, with a range of dishes available to suit all tastes. the location of the hotel was perfect, situated close to the tram station which made getting around the city a breeze. the comfortable seating in the room added to the overall relaxed feel of our holiday, a great way to unwind.

The hotel may require some renewal work as there were instances where cosmetic wear and tear was visible. the size of the parking garage was also not accommodating for larger vehicles, which caused some inconvenience.

Great location to walk to the station and up to Matsuyama castle. The breakfast offered both local and standard options and the furniture in the room was very comfortable. The hotel amenities were freely available, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and prepared for local excursions.

Located in a prime spot, we were able to walk everywhere we wished to see. the view from our room was awesome with a great view of the castle. the staff were polite and the room was clean and quiet. They offered three beds as we requested when we booked. the amenities were top-notch and the breakfast buffet had both standard and local fare. They also offer free use of a trouser press and three different kinds of bath salts.

The wallpaper in the room was slightly outdated and faded.

The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of both local and standard food. The location was also very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and stores in the area. The concierge was friendly and helpful with directions.

The hotel itself was old and outdated, with stains on the bathroom floor and faded wallpaper. The garage was also too small for larger cars, which meant we had to find alternate parking.
